Estimated Response Time
Our National Average response time is 20-45 mins. This is an average and meant to be used as a rule of thumb. Traffic condition, weather conditions, time of day, Technician availability, are all several factors that influence the Response Time. Each Service call is unique, and every response time will vary. Though we try to uphold our immediate response time, there are circumstances and situations that arise that extend the duration of the service call. Under these circumstances, we are not liable for any collateral damage that may be associated with any extended wait time or hold times. For status updates or ETA updates please contact the local technician or contact dispatch. Every Client will receive text message updates with real-time ETA updates.
Pricing Policy
Our base service call fee for Car Unlocking $35.00. This Service Call fee is available exclusively within City limits and certain exclusions apply. If you do not qualify for this low rate, then the standard rate is $49.99-$85.00. This rate is affected by certain variables such as, but not limited to: year, make, and model, time of day, weather conditions, availability of technicians, distance traveled to and from the customer’s location, and the overall difficulty of the task at hand.
We advise all clients to obtain a quote from Dispatch prior to dispatching and services rendered. This prevents any confusion on pricing. If a quote is not obtained then the Technician will be responsible for determining price, subject to, and based on, market rates.
* Approximate market cost for a vehicle lockout is $75.00-$225.00.

If you can find a better rate or price for any service, simply bring it to our attention, and we will match or beat it. All you need to do is provide us with a written or copy of quote from any Locksmith or Roadside Assistance Provider and we will beat or match that price!

Trip Cancellation Fee Policy
Upon dispatching a Technician to your location there remains a 5-minute grace period for cancellations. If we dispatch a Tech to your location and you cancel after the 5-minute grace period, there will be a $14.95-34.95 trip cancellation fee applicable. We understand the inconvenience this may cause and apologize in advance for any misunderstandings.
*It is highly encouraged to not cancel services if you find a more affordable service provider. Our Price matching guarantee ensures that we price match any/all local service providers (within reason).
